  • From the start, Melissa Squad has grown organically, becoming the largest channel of research, recruitment of fans and free expression.

    The brand also became an articulator of experiences, with moments of deep sharing and confessions from people who didn't know each other but had some many similarities found in differences, establishing a more realistic relationship amongst lovers and the brand.

    In two years, Melissa Squad recruited 15 thousand members organically and became a living organism with its own strength that continues to embrace differences, recruit new lovers, democratize stories and grow the legacy of a brand and community.

    After creating a structure to connect the lovers and brand, the Melissa Squad became a transversal platform in every brand action, as it keeps on bringing new lovers and creatives that develop a more ethical, democratic and true narrative to Melissa's initiatives. It's an exclusive and unlimited fount of research and new talents.
